There were quite a few hiccups with all the information that we turned in. We had to turn a number of documents in multiple times because the information wasn't either getting passed on or was from what I was told was going to spam mailboxes? My mother-in-law had to turn in her driver's license 4 different times to the same lady. Once was understandable due to the edges being cut off but what about the other 3 times?
