BMW 530i Back-up Camera Install Les did an amazing job on installing the camera system. He went the extra mile by contacting the overseas distributor to make sure everything worked properly, that’s top flight customer service!
Outstanding job and communication! When it comes to taking care of my vehicles. SA European has become my Go to place because the great service, knowledge about the different brands, quality of OEM parts they use (not to mention they stay behind their work offering 2 year warranty on what they do). OUTSTANDING SERVICE Had a "service engine soon" light. Immediately took the car to SA European to have the problem diagnosed. Mr. Les Costales provided an accurate hypothesis in less than five minutes. Part was ordered and once it arrived, replacement took 30 minutes. Total time spent on the problem was approximately 40 minutes. Car has been running great since Les replaced the breather connector and everything's working great. Excellent Service Extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided. They picked up my car from my office and returned it the same day; serviced and washed. Everything performed was explained, but most importantly provided options on what was needed currently and what could be addressed later. This was definitely a change from previous service experiences at the Dealership. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
