Friendliness, Quality work Very friendly, quality work , and an honest broker who doesn't try to price gauge. They do all the extras like detailing your car after service and filling up the gas tank as well as picking up your vehicle before service abd dropping it off after service.

The personalization and detail to service I took my car to Les to check my AC. I was very impressed on how quickly he handled the repair of my AC . It was awesome to have a person working on my car who not only doesn’t try to sell me services I don’t need but obviously loves what he does. BMW X3 runs great now This was my first experience with SA European. They are very knowledgeable and their communication is thorough and clear. It's not just that the car got fixed. We also now have an understanding of what to expect in the future and what we need to do to keep the car running great. Now that I know how SA European works, I would not want to take my car to anyone else.

AWESOME SERVICE!!! WOW!! What an incredibly positive experience. Each interaction with Mr. Les Costales in better than the previous. We're the proud owner of three import automobiles. This is not the first time we've chosen Les, but we don't plan on using anyone else for our service/repair needs. Took my wife's 2020 430i to Les for the 10K mile oil change. It took less than 30 minutes. Much faster than San Antonio's BMW dealership. Not to mention you're not stuck in a waiting area/room for an hour for what's defined as seemi... read more

Replaced the top on my Mini, it looks amazing! Took my Mini Cooper convertible in to get the canvas top replaced. After calls to Mini and other Les at SA European, gave me a great price (Mini wanted charge 4x what I paid in the end!) Les made the process easy and worry free. He and his team did an amazing job on the top AND they made it shine with a 😍 detail job. Knowledgeable about several European cars, I will definitely be giving them a call for future fixes.

Extremely satisfied I'm very happy with the service I received at SA European. Les explained everything to me in detail about the issues with my vehicle. Prices were reasonable & the work was superb. Finally an honest & trustworthy shop, which is Very hard to come by these days!

Incomparable Service This is an incomparable service. Never felt more confidence in an automotive tech before. You are in good knowledgeable hands with an owner that does not hesitate to go the extra mile for his clients. Led once left a wedding reception to diagnose a failed ignition coil once when I was stranded. So glad we know him. Feels like a family friend now.

Gret Service and Repair My 2009 Lexus RX350 had the check engine light and 2 other lights come on. The Dash looked like Christmas! I was going to adopt the lights and give them names but Les said he should run a computer check. It was just a thermostat and Les replaced it, no problem. Now my car's computer is happy, no more lights, and I'm very happy. Great work and service. I do kind of miss the bright lights.
