Great customer service, Great staff. You can tell from the moment you walk in they want to help you and are proud of there business. Definitely recommend these people one of the best in Sac.
Our experience was more than I was expecting. The staff where very helpful and acomadting to our needs, the owner's themselves came to chat with us and see if there was anything we needed. The stock was well organized and easy to find what fit your needs. The pricing was more than fair, to where we ended up leaving with more than we planned on, and still within budget. Melinda, was awesome! I was greeted with a smile explained the business to and offered me coffee and snacks that was great! Met with Andrew Bos and he gave me a tour of thier show room , showed me several forklifts and explained all thier services. My experience was awesome I look forward to doing business with Rack & Shelving.

Great experience every time we buy material. Everyone is super friendly and super helpful. And they always load us up with freebies! I would recommend everyone to stop here for all your racking and forklift needs.
Needed some help getting shelving for my garage and was trying to match what I already have. Andrew Bos knew exactly what I needed. Met Jim Warren and got some history of the business. Great people and a great local business. I HIGHLY recommend.
