I had tried to have another company do the work I needed, one we had used a while back. They kept putting me off. I called Ellie and told her our forklift was out of commission. She was able to order the parts and have the lift back up and running in two days. I will be back when we need our lift serviced or repaired again, no question! I could not recommend them more! Great service and very helpful!
