Seems competent but more focused on generating revenue than working with patients. Generally coercive and demeaning treatment of patients.
I had returned to Key-Witman eye center as may refraction and the glass made from the refraction prescription didn't seem right. I was told I could return to see Dr. Razi for a second refraction. Instead, a male employee - he never identified his qualifications - did my refraction. Four times during the encounter, he left the room to get advice - as I could hear him talking to someone outside the door with questions. This woman is very rude and short tempered. She was upset with me last time because I had been in 3 times (not true) and she was angry that I could not decide on my cataract surgery. I had surgery yesterday and followed up today. Again she was rude and barked orders at me. Will not go back.
Last year was my first year at Key-Whitman. You insisted that you had to charge me $105 to confirm the contacts I wear fit me. You told me that only "new patients" had to pay that one time. I paid it. Today, I was back for my 2nd annual visit and you wanted to charge me $105 AGAIN to continue wearing the same contacts I have worn for probably 20 years and are not causing me any issues. Rude. Doesn’t seem to care about her patients. Rushed through my appointment. Couldn’t be bothered discussing things with me. She was visibly upset at me for no apparent reason. Perhaps she didn’t like the color of my skin, or my age, or my gender or something? Whatever her problem was, I don’t ever want to see her face ever again.
Our experience with Dr. Sadaf Razi is very bad. This doctor is very unfriendly and impatient which is really frustrating. She doesn't spend time with the patient and doesn't educate the patient. Try to avoid this doctor for your appointment.
I was quoted $80 for contact lens exam and was told to pay $250 at check out. What a rip off con place!! Additionally I had to wait 30 minutes!!
