First time seeing her and seemed very professional and knowledgeable.
Very friendly and professional. Takes time to explain and make you feel comfortable!
I think the world of her. She's brilliant, kind and caring. I've seen her several times and it's always been a pleasure.
I saw Dr. Razi twice and she was great. Dr. Haq did all the procedures and I can't say enough about him. The WHOLE staff was understanding and couldn't have made me feel any better about trusting my eyesight to Key-Whitman. If I had to do it again, it would be a no-brainer. EVERYBODY took ALL my fears away and gave me back the eyesight I thought I would never have again. At this point, all I can say is Thank YOU from the bottom of my heart and, YES, I would (& have) recommend others to see
Dr. Razi and Staff were great!
On 10-11-24 I returned to try different contacts or go ahead and order the Dailles. I requested to see a manager and was told by Sunny the manager is not here and Dr Razi wants me to see another doctor!! Dr. Razi never came in and spoke with me!! Which was rude, unprofessional, and not customer oriented!I paid my money and have n... read more

She requested that I see a specialist (out of her own mouth, admitting she apparently is not one herself) because I told her that I don't take my medication in the evening, and I said that lOP lowering does not help slow progression of Glaucoma. These so called doctors need to do more reading and research about how to truly help people out, and that is at the mitochondrial level to suppo... read more

Seems competent but more focused on generating revenue than working with patients. Generally coercive and demeaning treatment of patients.
