Worked with Bobby to sign up. He was very friendly and great to chat with. He was knowledgeable and made us comfortable with starting up services. He wasn't pushy and he was understanding and helpful. The tech that came out was Matthew. He was also super nice and knowledgeable on the services he was performing. Both the salesman and the technician were very friendly; the salesman who visited our home was happy to give us an in-depth explanation of the costs and benefits and answered many of our additional questions. The technician did a good job of examining our property to inform us of the issues that he saw and was thorough when working on the areas that we asked him to take a look at.
Saela pest control came through our neighborhood and we decided to give them a try. The Sales person was polite and courteous. My wife doesn't like bugs so we decided to give them a try. Our service person was Ron. Ron communicated with us in text and verbally. Ron was very professional and from what we could observe he did an excellent job.
Ron from Saela Pest Control just finished treating my home inside and out. He did a really thorough job. I have been a customer for 2 years now and feel they offer good value for my money. I used to have spiders and webs everywhere, but not anymore! I also appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the service personnel. K
