Came by today 11/2 and left the back gate open.

Very good. I found a dead rat in my garage, and one of your staff (I am sorry I don't remember his name, but he is the youngest man wear black cloth) picked up the dead rat and even did some cleaning for me. I really appreciate that.

We had a very nice young man come and do the service. He left an ant trap for us and it has been just 5 days and we still have ants. On Tuesday/Wenesday the material was half gone and today it is just packed with ants inside the house. If they are still there by Sunday then we will call for another spraying inside the house and get better ant traps. Or go back to the last pest control company for service.
Ritchie was professional, very informative (told me everything I needed to know) and efficient.
