The service seemed to be thorough and all of my questions were answered. I hope that the problem will be resolved soon. I plugged the outside entry points that I was told about and also discovered rat droppings in my garage yesterday. I found a small opening behind the furnace, which I also plugged. Hopefully there are no additional entry points.
The tech is always pleasant and makes sure to ask if there is anything else he help with.
