Every single time a representative from Edge Pest comes to service our home, they are always so pleasant to communicate with. It's always hard to have strangers come to your home, much less to come into your home, even if you've hired them to do a service. But this company seems to know what type of people to hire who have the appropriate personality to work with clients up close and personal in their homes. The gentleman that sprayed my home was very nice. I told him that I had a spider in my home. He came in and sprayed the area where the spider was. We have a crawl space under the living room. I would have to remove everything in the closet to access this area. It's a huge closet. He suggested that I set up another appointment and they would come back and spray the entire inside. He sprayed everywhere around my home outside. He updated me on my rodent traps. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
I have been having an ant problem. When my serviceman came, I told him about it and he came inside and sprayed.
