He did a great job
Everything was done perfect, however, the service representative forgot to close the gate when leaving, and our neighbor had to "round-up" our 2 dogs and get them back into yard. Fortunately we were home and the dogs responded well, so it was only a short period of time. Just needed to convey the incident as a reminder to your employees to double check gates when done in the event he is here when we are not at home. Thank you.
Everything was great.
The service person was very nice and called to tell us he was coming by and let us know when he began spraying and talked with me before he left and asked if I had any questions. He was very thorough and professional. Jason was his name.
