All the techs have always been very virtuous and professional. They always call to let us know when they will be there and if they are running behind too. They always tell us, if there are any problems or we see ants to give a call and someone will come back out. The only down side, was when we did call the office (1 time), they were kind of snippy to my mom and told her this was a o e time "no extra charge". I so appreciate a call before Edge comes and how prompt they are. The technicians are always well groomed and friendly. They have a great working knowledge of pest control and gladly take the time to answer any questions we have. I can't say enough good things about Edge!!
