Absolutely DO NOT USE! They contract out door to door sales people, and the sales person said the service could be performed ONE time and cancelled. Now EDGE is charging me $490 for an Early Termination Agreement. When I chatted with customer service, they basically "hung up" on me, and told me, they don't care what their sales person told me, they just care what the agreement says. I agree it's partially on me, but I would NEVER have signed up for such an expensive service and for a company who is OK with lying to customers... read more
Repeatedly failed to address rat problem. Insisted on charging $120 for a non-requested "standard" service after doing nothing to address rodent request. Said rodent request was placed well in advance of "standard" service, leaving me as a thoroughly dissatisfied customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
your employees are pushy
The first service was good the rest have been useless and quick. I am moving to Texas to live with my son and I need to cancel the rest of the service. Send me a bill for the $299.99 that you charge me for canceling and I will send you a check. I think you are a scam and will tell anyone on my street and community that you are not to be trusted.
