Excellent outcome and especially customer service! I've used other companies before which yielded terrible or inconsistent results. Edge is great, consistent, reliable. They'll even come out in-between services, free of charge if there's an issue. I had 2 trees taken down and it turned out there was a wasp nest nearby. Edge showed up within an hour and removed the nest so we weren't delayed. Really appreciate the service!
The service men are wearing uniforms with their name and company's name on it. They are always, friendly, helpful, give correct information, and are about the business at hand. They get the work done and check in after,if you are home . Very professional. I especially enjoyed Anson today- He was Great! Regarding Service, I have not had any mice before. We have been using Edge for about 6 years. We used to have a lot of spiders and other bugs in our basement. Since using Edge, the number has GREATLY diminished. Outside, the number of spiders is also much lower. The yellow jacket issue is ongoing, but not sure those guys can ever be completely gone.
Quick response to any issue and they take their time and thoroughly address my concerns. I truly appreciate having Edge as my pest control service.

My house had its first treatment today. He treated the inside of my home and also dug a ground hornet nest out of my flower bed! He explained the entire process to me fully and how much it would cost over the next year when and how payments are due. I am very pleased with the service that was provided to me today! Also very important is the cost! 2x cheaper than orkin still providing great service!!
