Edge serviced our residents on Friday, May 11. The employee called after he came and left a message that I greatly appreciated. He CHECKED the bait box that was in the front yard and informed us that a dead mouse was in it. We have 2 boxes and I have no reason to believe that they have been checked before since no one has reported on it before. We have been pleased withe the service.

Edge came promptly today just after the tech. called and said he was on his way. He was polite, quick and informed me of a few wasp nests he either knocked down or sprayed. He let me know if they come back to call and they would come back and retreat. I have only had to have them retreat once and they came right out and treated my home. I am close to the end of my contract period and might inquire elsewhere but more then likely I'll stay with edge if they can do something about the cost since I only have the exterior treated... read more

We have had good service from Edge for over a year now. We needed a follow up visit last month for the first time and they were true to their word by coming out quickly at no charge. We have had no bugs in the house since they started serving us. We recommend them.

I contacted Edge for preventative ant and spider control. They were very clear at to what services they would provide and what it would cost (I hesitated to order on the first phone call, so they reduced the price). They were able to provide the service within a few days. The applicator was very friendly and informative. So far I have only had the initial application, but I feel good about what has happened so far.

Been with Edge for over a year. They are very good with alerting us when our service is due so we can be home if we wish inside servicing. Their techs have all called 30 minutes before arriving and have all been very personable and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been very pleased with EDGE's service and professionalism. Some one calls ahead of time and lets us know when they will arrive and perform the service. We think their prices are fair and the service man was persistent in finding the traps or replacing them.

Positive. I like receiving a call ahead of time from the company to confirm appointment, and a call from the actual service person giving an approximate time they will arrive at your home. As far as fees go, I was made aware ahead of time what to expect, and told if there was a problem after they treated the area, give them a call and they will come back out without an extra charge.
