I was very happy with our first service the guy who came out was great. Our second service not so much I asked the girl not to put poison In the mouse traps that are inside our home because I have a little one that get into EVERYTHING some way some how. She ignored me and did it anyway and told me it was pointless to have the service without the poison in it but the guy before said I doesn’t have to be in there because they will just stick to the boards. Great customer service! Have never had any insects within my home. They are proactive and see little problems before I do and take care of it. Always happy to do any requests. Their technicians have always been very friendly, helpful and so easy to work with. We are very satisfied !

OMGosh! Since my initial call to seek confirmation of identifying vole destruction in my lawn, I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life (and I’m 62)! I initially spoke with a very pleasant secretary ( I don’t recall her name, I’m sorry) who said she would locate a service tech to go over all the questions I had and explain the services they would be able to offer for my situation. So far, so good. No pests and the service people are nice and on time.

This company is by far the most efficient pest control service I’ve used. The payment plans can be a bit expensive but the products and services work at my house! I used to see spiders and other little bugs around my home and after a few rounds with Edge, it seemed to clear most of the bug issues in my home!
