I filed a complaint a few weeks ago about this company. They have since contacted me and we have reached an agreement that I am with which I am satisfied. Once the compliant/issue reached the management of customer service, they were diligent about trying to make things right. I appreciate their efforts

Edge has done a good job dealing with ants and spiders at my home. If they ever miss anything they come back out and fix the issue immediately. If you need an additional service visit due to heavier than normal pest issue they come and retreat for the issue for free between cycles. Service professional always nice when they came out to treat home.

Michaela called to let us know she was on her way. She did ask if we needed her to spray for bugs on the inside of the house which we didn’t. She arrived within the time frame she gave me. When she was done she made sure to close the gate to our backyard. We are satisfied with Michaela’s work.

We have been using EDGE for quite some time now and never had a problem. Technitions are friendly and very professional. They call in advance and arrive as scheduled. Will come out any time if you think you have a problem

We have been using Edge for over 3 years now and we are so pleased with their serviced. They come to our home quarterly and spray. They call days before coming to give us notice they will be servicing the property, they call the day of as a reminder and they leave a message after letting us know if they saw anything unusual. The have an outstanding team of professionals who know exactly what they are doing.
