Excellent technician!
The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did everything he could on the first visit to eliminate the Box Elder beetles. Sprayed outside and inside on all the window tracks. He said the same process would be used on the next visit until this problem is taken care of. Extremely careful. This problem has existed for years during certain months of the year. He also offered suggestions on several other pests that we have that can be dealt with at a later date.
They do a good job keeping the spiders and bugs away from the house.
Armando is a great person to connect with He explained everything over the phone before we met. I like it when service people are up front. Armando was very straight forward. I spoke to other rodent control people and didn� t feel as comfortable.
Raymond, the representative that came to do the treatment, was very professional, kind, and patient. He offered many good suggestions on what to do to deal with our current situation.
