They responded quickly and addressed the issue as soon as possible. I have no regrets.
They responded quickly to my inquiry even on a weekend. I made arrangements for them to remove the hornets nest from my yard the following Monday. The person doing the work was prompt and extremely friendly. I will be using them going forward.
After 2 weeks of service, the technician assigned to us was no longer with the company. Frustrating that we spent time with that technician, getting him knowledgeable about our home and now having to start all over. The new technician is courteous and professional but would be nice for the Company to call and let you know someone new is being assigned to your contract.
