Edge does a fantastic job very happy with their service
We have been with Edge since 2016 and love their superior service. They send an email reminder that it's time for service to confirm the day and the technician calls about 30 minutes out to let you know his arrival time, then they call you upon departure if you are not home when they service so you can address any concerns. They also come back if needed for any little pest that is stubborn, we are on a contract so e continue to get the locked in pricing year after year. They cancelled my schedules service 2x because their tech was sick. I recommend having a back up tech when that happens. Wasted my time waiting for them to come so that i can let them inside the house for them to just call to cancel in the middle of their scheduled time (8-12). The tech who finally came the the 3rd time it was scheduled was very thorough and professional in explaining about the service he just did. I decided to stay with edge partly becauase of him.
Polite service, clean and very neat. Announce their arrival and let you know when they are leaving.
We are back with Edge. We had a relative tell their company could do everything as good as Edge and at a lower costâ� ¦WRONG!! We had used Edge at 2 other houses before building a new one and moving the service with us. Edge has always done us a great job and made sure about our satisfaction of their work, itâ� � s good to be back with them for the piece of mind their services bring.
