Why
Horrible experience. The past two appointments have been NO CALL NO SHOWS. Both times that I spoke to someone afterwards they told me something different from the previous person. Telling me that both times, someone in the office lied about what they were going to do. Awful. When they do show up, they do decent work, though.
During first call, they gave a very hard sell to sign up for a long contract. I felt pressured into signing it. Poor service once they did come out. Gave me a fight when I called to cancel the contract in the 3-day window to cancel.

The man who called me back (promptly, upon receiving a request through Home Advisor) was extemely knowledgeable and courteous. The technician who came out seemed a little less knowledgeable when I asked questions to confirm my understanding of how the pests would respond. The wasp nest DID get destroyed, which was the main objective, but the yellowjackets are still around (until a freeze, I guess). the individual I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. But the technicians that were sent to the house were unprepared to work and provided poor service. They turned in invoices saying they had provided service when in fact they had not. I was very disappointed.

They were on time, efficient and did their work. Even though they had the wrong spelling of my street. I even spelled it twice over the phone when making the appointment, knowing companies put "Harbor" NOT "Arbor" as it should be. Of course it took about 2 and a half days for the "Whatever" type bees to go away from under my gutter, and a second treatment, but they are moved to somewhere else since I see them close to my fence when outside with my dog. Didn't seem to resolve my bee problem like stated to me by tech.called for respray, delay in being scheduled for it.they couldn't give me a time, just some time on saturday.
Very friendly and the ants are gone!!!
They force you unknowingly into a 1 year+ contract and up sell everything in the office before you get the actual service. They don't answer questions and act flexible until they send the technician to your house and the poor technician delivers the bad news about cost and contract. Don't know if the product works yet but I know I will never hire them again due to their shady business practices! GOOGLE THEM, It's not good!
