Hired Edge Pest Control to handle a vole problem. When selling their service they assured me that four services over the course of one year would take care of the problem. After three services the problem is worse than ever. When I called to cancel they informed me I was still under contract for one more service, that they do not offer a guarantee and that it is common for the problem to persist despite their services. Funny how they didn't mention that when selling the service.
Came early which is always appreciated when the appt is in the late afternoon! Only concern I would mention is that I had told them my main issue was hearing activity (mice) in the attic, and they came without a ladder (tech said they were not allowed to have them). Not all attics have stairs to them, so I had to dig my ladder out for them to use.

I really will not know until the summer if they have treated my problem which was with wasps. I had a bad experience with one of their workers who stated they had completed the work while I was not at home but had not done so as my mother could attest to this. When I called to follow up with him, he hung up in my face. To the company's credit they went back to complete the work and discipline the worker immediately.
Took advantage of a senior with the signing of a contract. I was over sold. You do not need service every 5 weeks, every quarter is fine. They come out and you sign an electronic a tablet with your finger, and never receive a complete contract to sit and read, before signing.
i was put into a contract paid what was required and paid the bill and now they won't let me terminate the contract
they make you sign a contract. The salesman came one day and I told him not interested, came back the following day and caught my husband and he signed up... Told them 11/2016 when they called to schedule service that husband was out of work and they were like to bad we will still charge the fee if we don't come or we come and can charge you two weeks later... Why they couldn't cut us some slack I do not know.
Service was fine, it was performed on 10/28, I gave a check at the time of service. Within 3 days, I received a letter stating "if I had not paid my past due balance they were going to send me to collections." So I called them and told them that I gave the gentlemen the check and they said "OK" and ignored that notice. I hired them because they seemed the most knowledgeable. I was impressed with the salesperson. Unfortunately the technician spent about 30 minutes putting down traps inside and didn't even address the issue with the voles in my yard; something that I discussed with the salesperson. He also didn't go into the basement where I had also seen evidence of mice. Since it was in the three day time frame, I was able to cancel the contract. Not all exterminator techs are "on the ball." Wasp nests were not removed, and the tech had to come back to remove them after I called after I had happened to find the nest.
