Newly hired. Jury still out on overall service.
We had service by ABC for a while but it did not seem effective. After our first round of service from Edge, we immediately saw a clear reduction in wasps, spider nests, and noticed dead ants and roaches. That means their material takes immediate effect and lasts. Iâ m very please with the results and service is very professional. The amount of coverage of the service for the rate is quite reasonable and better than what I Paige for ABC. Iâ m very pleased I changed companies.

Fast and easy service. Asked them to come over to see if we had rodents. They didn t lie and say we did but just said it was probably a squirrel on the roof. So I had them spray for bugs. Great job.
The salesman came by first and was patiently waiting til I put my barking dog in her kennel. Then he said there was an epidemic of black and brown spiders in our area and his company was working in our neighborhood to take care of this infestation. He would check my garage and yard first to see if I had any, and I did, both in the garage and the back yard and patio/fence areas. Since Edge Pest Control has been performing quarterly pest control services, I have not seen any nuisance pests. They give me peace of mind.

You can not reach anyone in their office. I was also sold the mosquito control on this last service. The technician said not to let my dog out for an hour or it would make her sick. I did not let her out for 3 or 4 hours. My dog was throwing up for days. I am also still seeing spiders. I have tried calling their office multiple times and sit on hold with no answer until I finally give up. They have no option to email them on their website.
They would show up without asking and even charged me without actually getting out of their vehicle and doing any work in my yard
