I called out to this company for a mite issue in my new home. The owner told me they did not do that. I asked for references of companies that do this kind of pest control. I received a text back saying I had scabies and to see a doctor. He was insensitive and disrespectful. I was shocked at the incredible unprofessionalism.
Different servicemen treated my pest control problem for an entire month and each one was detailed and explained every aspect. Rodent population drastically reduced. Ask for Nathan and Justin, they are fearless.
Initially, I spoke with a Sales Manager who called me repeatedly after asking for a quote online. After he called so many times, we decided to call him back. I had him on speakerphone and 5 of us were asking questions. We were promised that if we signed up for the service and it did not work, they would come out to re-service as many times as it took to get rid of these mosquitoes.
