I have had a very good experience at Safe Harbor. It has been really helpful with my mental health issues to have someone to talk with and help me discuss and work through my problems. I have a lot less anxiety and am able to deal with stress my mental health is much better now as I don't worry all the time about everything going on in my life and feel much freer and better overall with burdens lifted !!!
