Called yesterday to verify my in-person appt I made two weeks ago. “Oh that spot has been taken”. WTF? Told them well I had an in-person appt with (so and so) “oh well he only does video appts”. Again…WTF? I held on for about 10 minutes and finally hung up. I’m glad this wasn’t I dire appt.
