When we received an invitation to attend an informational meeting to discuss Living Trust my immediate response was we had ***** we dont need a Trust. I placed the invitation in the recycle bin. After thinking about it I decided to do some research online to see what the difference was between a Will and a Living Trust. Our estate planning was a very quick and easy process. We were scheduled almost immediately, and the entire process took less than a month. The Safeguard team was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Each member of their team did their part with comfort and seemed to enjoy their job.
