Everyone was professional and pleasant when writing my trust. I do have some complaints, though. First, I was told use the exact name of my trust when funding my trust with assets. Yet, it is difficult to use the exact name of my trust when it is 53 characters long. The name of my trust is The *************** Living Trust Dated, X** 99, 9999. Why did it have to be so long? Wouldnt Xxxx Xxxxxxx Living Trust-99/99/9999 have been better? Even that name is too long at 36 characters. Hopefully, having a trust name and funds in a ... read more
