I have lived in this place for almost 2 years. The design of the trailer was wonderful,for my son, who is disabled and myself, i'm handicap, but there was nothing in the trailer, like bathroom bars, to assist getting in and out of the tubs, which I was fearful of falling, and my son did fall, and when I finally did ask about bar, they told me they couldn't,was against their policy, but I could do it, buy the part, and pay to have someone, professional that had to be approved by them, to put one in, and then remove it when I ... read more

I have worked with this community for over a year. I can say first hand from seeing it in the community and knowing how hard the staff works that they are making a safer more wonderful place to live. It takes time but has been amazing to watch the transformation. Great job to the staff and the residents for caring so much!

The office manager and Tony and "the crew", have done a wonderful job turning this place into somewhere to be proud to live in. The park is nice and quiet. They have kept lawns cut and make the residents be accountable for their home. It has become a nice community to live in because of them. Keep up the great work. Although it may not feel like it sometimes, your hard work and dedication have help change our park. Keep up the good work.

You dont want to rent here The rent is too high The park has a lot of trailer calling apart and there is alot of vandalism

Been here just over a couple of weeks and have nothing but good things to say. We got a great rate and promo when moving in and the trailer was met at all standards. The 2 ladies running the office, Rachel and Katie, are great! The maintenance man, Tony, is great as well. Keep up the great work!!
