Murray oil was most helpful in getting me a shield to cover the event for my Rinnai unit because it is facing a lake that has Highwinds and my pilot light did get blown out this winter. However if they had to have it fabricated and it would have been nice if they told me how much it would cost. Adam did the placement who is always very helpful when he has had to come out here in the past however I believe the placement of the shield should have been more centered with the vent.
