We do not wish to get these surveys every time we call for service. we do not have the time to deal with all of this. We have notified your office that we have been most satisfied with your services to date. This should be enough info on this matter. However, we are a bit disappointed that in the middle of our heater crisis, our credit reputation was questioned and we were told to pay the whole balance of $414.00 when the service man arrives. Tom S. and crew are my trusted source for our furnace. They have fine-tuned it so it burns efficiently and reliably, which was not the case with previous service people.
Kim G. did a great job cleaning my hot water boiler and things were left spotless and clean, great job!!!!!
Ordeal and costly
Not sure what happened to Murray-Heutz oil, In the past had great service and they knew what they were doing.(6 years ago) I am currently the facilities director for Rumford Community Home and they have been doing basic service boiler cleaning, etc. I asked them to quote me for fuel purchasing contract based on 25,000 gallons a year! Fair to poor rating. Estimated job at a very high price. I complained and they reduced price by $200. It's a good thing I complained. Also job site was not cleaned properly, and they failed to adequately fill gap around fill pipe leading from outside to basement. Fro the basement you see about a 1/2 inch of daylight around the fill pipe where it entered the basement. I had to fill the gap with foam insulation. Not happy with job.
I was happy with the service to move my propane tank away from the bulkhead, however, I was charge for this service. It was my understanding that it was mandate by law and requested by Granite Mill Estates and that would be no charge to individuals.
