We chose Sakura Gardens of Los Angels because it was nearby the other facility that we had put a deposit down on had some construction issues and they helped us find it until it was finished. The facility itself has beautiful surroundings and is very safe and peaceful. The room sizes here are very spacious, they are also furnished it looks like a little house on the inside. Sakura Gardens of Los Angeles was a very good place especially for memory care service. They had a private garden for memory care, and the facility was so clean. It's one of the best. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable, explained everything from the monitoring to the menu.

They have a lot of activities and volunteers from the Japanese community come out and do things in Japanese for them. They have beautiful gardens, a huge koi pond, waterfalls, rock sculptures, and bonsai trees within the grounds.

While evaluating Sakura, [names removed] made my mom and myself feel very comfortable that she would be well cared for. There was transparency and all our questions answered honestly. After being there for about a month, she confirmed that our trust was well founded. She is enjoying her stay and feels part of the community.

The staff is very helpful, kind and accommodating. The property is going through a renovation so it is looking to be updated as are some of the rooms already and they are very nice.

This community has the best team and residents! Grounds consist of a five-story building with spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments and traditional Japanese landscapes, including a koi pond and a Japanese-style garden.
