Wonderful place to live! Nice neighbors, interesting Roanoke College tenants....they keep me up to date, very interesting "Traveling Nurses" and more! The office staff, Cheyenne, Ashley and a part-time young lady amaze me. And the Maintenance Department, Ricky, Jason, Jon and the part time fellow who's name escapes me.....these guys are on time, fix the problem very quickly, leave you a note and are very nice if they come by when I am home! I really like living here the only issue I would have is the parking spots are tight and I've gotten a couple of door dents.
Good location, quiet, pretty property. The office staff is fantastic!
