I really dislike having to fill out forms to provide information that has NOT changed since the same forms were previously completed. Established patients should only have to confirm "no change" where applicable and update any thing else that has changed. Big waste of time and irritating.

Great experience!! I was 20 minutes early and was seen right away, even before my actual appointment time. Seat time wait was minimal as well. Procedure was done quickly and with care.
