this particular appointment was great, I can't remember the ladies name that helped me today, She is exceptional! she listens to my needs and what I want and she follows through. Gives me options and leaves it up to me to make the decision. Every time she helps me I never wait for along time. and if she feels I have been waiting for over 10 minutes she lets me know what's going on. Thank you,

My cleaning went well. Everyone was on their A game.
Customer service was top notch however my dental hygienist was a little rough on my mouth. I'm hoping my next visit wont be as painful. I just feel that rougher doesn't necessarily equate to a cleaner mouth. A couple times I winced in discomfort and the hygienist just kept going without a pause. I would've appreciated at least a pause followed by an apology for poking my gums so hard.
