Our waiter was excellent and gave some good recommendations. Unfortunately, the bottles of wine for by the glass were not stored on ice and the white wine I ordered was served warmer than it should have. That definitely was disappointing but overall the experience was pretty good.

My husband and I had one night in Calgary and picked Saltlik for dinner - it was an all around great dining experience! We both had the beef short ribs and they were delicious! Our service was great and the ambience was just right - lively but not so loud you couldn’t hear each other talk. I highly recommend Saltlik.
We had the Carpaccio, Duck fat fries, Spaghettini with prawns, 10oz striploin with mash and roasted Brussels. Carpaccio well seasoned, duck fat fries were mid. Flavorful but not crispy, pasta was well seasoned, but overcooked. Striploin and sides was okay.
Great place for a private event associated to a convention. Service was great and the energy was positive from everyone I met there!
Chantel was amazing really made our experience. Personable and funny. The food was incredible, especially the lobster mash. Our server was awesome, very attentive and on the ball. I am blanking on her name, but it started with a J.
