First time at this restaurant. Food was excellent, good cocktails and wine list. Ceasar salad was amazing and our steak was perfect. However, the service was extremely sub par for a place like this. Our server, Heidi, was super friendly. However, she was very absent from our table. After pouring the wine taster from the bottle, we poured our own wine the rest of the night. Attention on vous offre de l’eau et on vous facture une bouteille d’eau ??? Service sous pression on vient constamment nous demander si tout est ok si on désire commander autre chose. Pendant notre repas 3 personnes distinctes sont passées à notre table pour nous demander si tout était ok! The food is consistently delicious and our server was lovely! She made amazing recommendations based on our preferences and was able to make adjustments to the point of innovation. I love Saltlik!!!

Sat outside on the patio enjoying one of rare warm evenings in Calgary. The wagyu beef carpaccio was amazing and the striploin steak was very good, cooked just the way I asked and not too salty. The strip loin is a 12 oz cut and I could have easily shared one with my dining partner. The steak was better than another steak house I ate at last week (that I will not name). Natasha our server was very attentive without being overly intrusive and the Margarita and Smoked Old Fashioned cocktails were amazing.

Delicious appetizers & the filets were excellent. On the more expensive side, but we were all very happy with our choices.
