Customer service was exceptional. They were seeking feedback on a new dish and were genuinely interested and receptive. The server was phenomenal and nice to have the manager check in on us.
Business response:
Hi Rick, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, we really appreciate it! We hope to see you again soon. Regards, Chris Stokes General Manager
Our waitress was a comsomate professional and made our evening effortlessly. My steak was perfect and I will order it again. If you are looking for a quiet place for conversation this is probably not the for you. The interior is starting to look a little dated, but lighting is a nice level. If your Hostesses were as engaged with us as they were when we were leaving as when we arrived I think my overall impression would be higher I'll eat here again.
Business response:
Hi Heather, Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback, and for the 4 stars. I appreciate your sharing this, and I will be sure to impact with the front door team. I look forward to hosting you again in the future, for a five star experience! Regards, Chris Stokes General Manager
