Great staff and warm open place with great food, style and comfort.
Excellent food, service and ambience. Excellent choice for a business lunch. However, lunch prices are on the high side in today's economy. Aside from their steaks, similar lunch dishes at other good downtown restaurants seem to be about $5 less. They need to rethink their lunch menu to be more competitive.
Saltlik is def a fav when I come out to Calgary. The steaks are amazing..melt in your mouth. Or I just make a meal of incredible appies
This is not the first time it took a long time to get drinks. Not sure if it is lack of bartenders or lack of servers.

Was in town for the Stampeders vs Bluebombers game and took 2 of the Bluebombers to dinner at your establishment. It proved to be a great investment! We'll be back next time we're in town.
I would definitely recommend if looking for an experience to remember.. The best appetizer I’ve had was the calamari WOW... & I could have it having a GF Allergy I come back for the Lobster Mashed Potatoes (DEVINE‼️) & Chicago Strip Loin My husband on the other hand had the Ribs... which stated In house bbq sauce....tasted like bullseye ( which he despises)... And way toooo much as his whole meal tasted like it. Will always come back to try something different...
The experience was fantastic, however, if you want to up this, go to the Saltlik in Banff. My only complaint, and this is a me thing, it was a little on the noisy side
Always enjoy myself when coming here, look forward to it every time!
