Excellent service overall. Food was very good and drink specials excellent and well priced. One steak was too rare and one food item had bacon which was to be removed due to a food allergy. This was quickly corrected. Overall ambiance and energy was great. Would recommend and return.
The coconut prawns starter is one of the best starters I have ever eaten and would have been happy to eatake another one as my main. Steaks were very nice and staff were friendly. Well worth a visit

We enjoyed our meal and the service was good. However, we felt that given the price of the entrees, at least one vegetable should have been included free of charge on the plate. As well, the choice of sides was limited. Only a baked potato was included with the steak. No alternative choices such as fries, mashed potatoes or even a salad were even listed. Overall everything was ok - except the fries and the burgers were EXTREMELY salty! Nobody could eat them, or they scraped the salt off.
I took my son to Saltlik for his 19 Birthday as he had never been there before and I hadn't been for years. The menu had multiple items we both wanted but we decided on the salmon and the prawn spaghetti. Both tasted amazing and were just the right size. I thought the price point was very reasonable for seafood as well. The décor is something I envy. The staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient. We very much enjoyed our evening at Saltlik. I had a reservation for the restaurant for 4:30 pm for two. We were seated in a great location until another table arrived about 1/2 hour into the event with about 8 people sitting next to us. The service started out as I would expect however deteriated with time and the place became more busy. The ordering of our courses was a disjointed process along with the additional checks through the meal. A decidedly “okay” night out. I imagine seniors love this place. I found it glaringly lit, not the least bit romantic (it’s a very special steakhouse indeed that achieves both flavour AND ambience. This one doesn’t. ) Very noisy. Would I go again? Yes, especially if entertaining aging relatives. But certainly not for a date night again. I’m creeping up there in years myself!
