Hi We are from Ontario and wanted to experience Alberta beef. Four of us ordered steak, 2 beef tenderloins, 2 rib eyes. We ordered our rib eyes medium rare and they were tough. The beef tenderloins we also tough. We were very disappointed especially when we paid 54$ for rib eye. Restaurant was beautiful and service was great. We don’t mind paying the price if food is worth it. Unfortunately this was not the case.

Enjoyed everything at Saltlik, from the starters to main courses. I ordered the fish, it was buttery and flavorful. The molten chocolate cake was amazing and the wine selection. Highly recommend

The food was good not great. Out calamari seemed under salted. Our steaks were cooked well but the presentation lacked. For the price our meal was underwhelming at best.

It was my Anniversary and they greeted us with acknowledgement and offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The food was amazing, was a fully restaurant so service was not personal but was a great evening.

I had the 10-oz filet mignon medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. I recommend having it with the stuffed baked potato which was also perfect. The atmosphere was great and the decor very nice. All in all, a great experience.
