Visited from Toronto on August 19th. This was an excellent meal! Our server, Colby B., was superb - knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with suggestions. The space between courses was excellent for letting them settle, and even when there was a slight delay with the main, our server and the manager dropped by to explain and apologize for the delay. This was the best place I have had a very best steak in a long time. The place was great. Staff was very well trained. I will recommend to all my friends and family. Good job you people and keep up the great work.
The food was great and tasty however I had ordered a shrimp skewer and did not get it .. ..I forgot about it at the time because I was caught up in our visit with friends, and it wasn't till after we left the restaurant that I had realized it... so I found the copy of the bill and realized I got charged for it so I'm not terribly happy about that. I have been to the Stephen Avenue Saltlik several times, for different occasions, and have always enjoyed the experience. The service has always been excellent and the atmosphere is lively but the noise level never imposing. On this occasion had the Filet, and it was arguably one of the best steaks I have ever had in my life. Others at the table ordered it as well and expressed the same. A great place for many different occasions - we will be back soon!
Great menu, not too big, fantastic steaks. Great service, happy people work here and genuinely want you to enjoy! Daily Happy Hour in the bar/lounge is quite a deal -:) Will definitely be back next time I'm in Calgary!

The food took insanely long for what it was. Had to take it to go... great place if you have a few hours to spare
My husband and I came to the Saltlik for dinner to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were greeted with a glass of champagne each. The waitress also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and happy hour prices on their drink menu for the entire evening. The food was amazing and we had a very memorable experience because of the friendly professional staff!!
