We expected more ... I took my wife to Saltlik Calgary for her birthday, expecting a special meal. The service was good, but the meal was just so-so. The appetizers we ordered were nothing special. and the steak we both had gnarly parts, with my wife having to cut out bits that were too tough to chew. The steaks were actually grilled properly, but the quality of the meat was not up to the standard I would expect for an upper-end restaurant.
We had an excellent meal. The steak was perfectly cooked. Salmon was delicious. Get the Tarimasu for dessert! Wait staff was attentive. Go!
Wonderful dining experience. Nice to know that there are places that really care about exceeding expectations and standards. Our service from Drew made this one of the most memorable events we have had. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Aaron

Very good but unable to have side order with main meal so ended up having it as a starter, which was odd!
(Sherri) It was my first visit to Saltlik and the food and service was amazing. Our server was so wonderful and I would go back just to chat with her again. The food was truly delicious and both my husband and I need to give an extra-special shout out to the lobster mashed potatoes that we upgraded to. We sat outside and our table was a terrific spot for people watching. It was an all-around great experience and we are looking forward to going back soon. Cheers!

We went to Saltlik for my Birthday dinner and couldn’t have had a better experience. John our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience very memorable. Class act all around. We would definitely go back . Can’t say enough about what a wonderful meal and experience we had. Thanks again!
