Had my eye on a new 5 String Bass, and ended up on ebay looking at a used Michael Kelly Element 5R that was listed as "used" or open box thru Sam Ash Direct. I jumped over to the Sam Ash website to do some further research, and ended up chatting with Daniel Hof who answered all of my questions and comparisons on a couple of other bass guitars. He was able to get me into a NEW bass for an extremely fair price. He took the time to go to bat for me to get me the best value deal he was able to, and I really appreciate it. Thanks again to him as it was definitely one of the most positive customer service experiences I have ever had.

Hello Sam Ash in Torrance ..Whopee!! I'm very HAPPY, This is a FOLLOW-UP reveiw. Again on July 10th ,2022 I came to your store and did a sale-back plus cash purchase I dealt with Mr. Adam Jackson .He found me exactly what I requested at the price i could afford. Which was an intermediate flute with holes and a B foot joint. I paid and the reason that Iam just getting a flute some days ago is because factories in China were closed after learning this I began to seek an alternative brand and the wise Manager Mr.Anthony Delgado and dedicated sales person Mr Jason Mc Cabe not only found me a flute after I told them that my heart's desire was a Yamaha. Well I did give uo the plateau holes and the B foot joint getting a Yamaha was always my 1st choice and I thank them profusely for their hard work and attention to detail. A little drama came in at the end of the transction was Yamaha sent me the Flute and i was afraid to even take it out of the plastic. So I took it to the store and after months of anxious waiting I was ready to have it returned and even ask for my money and just start all over again. However sale rep. Mr. Shane encouraged me to take it home and check it out. That did I feel in "True Love" with it and I was glad that all our effort came to a HAPPY ENDING . THANKS SAM ASH. I'M VERY HAPPY !!!! 5 STARS to all who helped. P.S. I feel protected by the 2 year warranty.

I was looking for the Selmer 52AXOS alto sax and found it on the Sam Ash website. I was in a time constraint due to damage to my current horn which needs extensive repair. Anyway long story short, this item ended up being on back order. Daniel Hof in customer service went out of his way to find the info I needed so I could figure out an alternative plan that worked for my situation. He was timely and considerate even though my problem was not his problem. I will be looking to buy a new tenor saxophone soon and that business will definitely be going to Sam Ash because of the superior service I was given this time. Thank you for your help!

I have been buying/selling guitars and gear at Sam Ash since I moved to NYC in 2018 and I will never go to another guitar shop for anything ever again!! The staff is really nice and willing to take the time to answer any questions you have. They really care about making sure you are buying the right equipment and not just trying to sell you the most expensive gear. The selling/trading process is really transparent and for midlevel gear (like my Epiphone Les Paul) I felt that the trade in price was really fair. I just bought my first Gibson Les Paul here recently and the experience was amazing! I can’t wait to go back and buy me next guitar!
