I've never had a problem with Sam-Ash Music Stores, and I've bought new, open-box and used equipment from them both in their stores and online. I wish I could say that of the other music instrument sellers both big and small in this world. I recently bought an open box BOSS Metal Zone Waza Craft from Ebay.com and received a basically new pedal for about 60% the cost that these normally run for ($199.99 is the MSRP for a new one). Shipped quick, packed well, zero issues.

I received my new PRS guitar today.Unlike Sw------er,My guitar which came with a floyd rose tremolo and locking nut.Is beautiful and almost perfectly tuned.Really ready to play out of the box.The action is low and also perfect.Another store will charge you for that.Excellent,can't say enouph.Im going to go play with my new guitar.Thanks Sam Ash.
