Very nice no hassle
First time there. It was nice you had something I was looking for that is not easy to find. You had great deals on used drums. If I didn't already have four drum sets I would have bought the premier set in the store. Nice guitar selection.
Your guitar salesmen are very knowledgeable and honest. They go the extra mile to make me happy. Your luthier is very skilled and takes the time to increase my appreciation of my instruments. I have purchased over ten guitars from you over the last eighteen months. Every experience has been very positive.
My daughter had her first voice lesson with Morgan and it was amazing. Morgan was inspiring, knowledgeable, and made her very comfortable. We would recommend Sam Ash and their amazing staff to everyone.
The day before black friday I purchased a used cd controller . On monday Scott called me to see if I was enjoying it . Thats excellent customer service . Everyone from the moment I walked in was friendly and very helpfull .Three months later ,Unit still working great . Got an awsome deal from an awsome company. When im ready to upgrade my dj system , Sam Ash is where to get it .
Josh and Sarah, the manager, went out of their way to make a deal for me. Not an everyday experience when you get this type of service. Sam Ash has earned my business in Richmond.

Awful customer service. They made financial error on my purchase and when I requested them to fix it, then they showed no responsibility. Its been 2 months and I still have to follow up with them to resolve the issue, but all in vain so far. Worst customer experience ever
