On Saturday I purchased a product at the Richmond VA store that needed to be shipped from another location. As of today, Tuesday, still no tracking number or confirmation. I emailed the sales rep, no response.

Not enough sales people on the floor. I've been there several times and not seen anyone my entire duration and walked out of the store having not interacted with any employees.

First time in this store. I needed help but no one around to ask. Went to the electric guitar area and asked for help. He told me where to go and that someone was in the acoustic guitar room. Went to this room, no one there to assist me. After 10 minutes I went back out and went to the front desk. The guy there asked the electric guitar guy (different person) to go to acoustics with me and assist. So we then got what I needed and I cashed out there.

As a working musician I am usually afforded an additional discount from your amazing in store prices. I told the salesman who just didn’t bother. Sorry it’s about the money.

You got a Salesman in there that doesn't over sell me stuff I started playing guitar about 6 years ago in about 6 months into plane I went in there to ask about strings in a guy sold me a $22 package of strings I thought that was a little much

Very helpful staff in finding stock items. Manager encouraged me to bring guitar case in to sell promising a fair offer. Very disappointing offer wasted my time and gas.

Add self kiosk to cross check sale pricing on sam ash.com website. Self-promotes the store and website at the same time.
