The staff make me feel very welcomed and relaxed for my very ever open Mic performance. The set up was just and grand and in some cases better than those at a large arena. The stage was decked out with everything an artist could need from instruments, to Mic stands, amps and running colored lights overhead. It was Awesome and I look forward to going there again soon to sing.
It's like being with family
The staff in guitars was excellent. The sales associate that handled my purchase was more like a friend than an employee. He took the time to help me pick out the best pedal out of the 2 that were there used. He even went over leaps and bounds to save me money on my purchase. It's always like family and they never tell me to turn it down when I play. I travel an hour and twenty minutes from my house to come there and there is no place I would rather be. Everybody is always so helpful and no pressure when you go into the store buddy and Sarah are also very helpful
You guys and gals at Sam Ash are the best, always friendly and helpful. I also really like that I can walk into Sam Ash and see a decent variety of equipment, not 40 different color options of essential the same few guitars. I travel about 100 miles when I visit the store and I always find something that peaks my interest, just wish my wallet were more cooperative. I stopped in yesterday for parts to rewire a few guitars. I actually had a gift card to that other place, just a shame they didn't have everything I needed.
I love Sam Ash been going to them for years since my 1st guitar in 1984
