Emily & Daniel and all the other musicians make their job look so easy. They have multiple duties but they're always professional and efficient! I'm so glad my child is able to take lessons b/c the instructor is very patient and somehow she makes piano fun too!

The folks at Sam Ash are always helpful - got what I went for and, of course, some other items as well. I like going to Sam Ash because it is an experience. I am only a beginner hobbiest, so I like the exposure to more experienced musicians.

I bought a used bass guitar form the Richmond store, Nov. 2019. Been going n every 2 weeks to take lessons. Staff is outstanding and always helpful. I've had really great service with Sam Ash over the years through many stores. They've always been more helpful and courteous that the other "guitar store''. Very happy with the job Savannah does with all the scheduling, They also hooked me up with a great instructor, Brittany, right from the start after learning a bit about me and what I wanted out of playing he bass.
