Theres also a gentleman in books (cant remember his name 😔) who was also super helpful! No matter who you speak with they are always very pleasant and ready to help. Would highly recommend as I have already have to my students for instruments!
I have purchased three used, expensive instruments -- a saxophone and two acoustic guitars -- from Sam Ash, all remotely after finding them online and talking through the process by phone. The staff and supervisors were more than helpful in answering my questions, to the point of measuring (in mm) the action height on one of the guitars. Shipping was prompt. So, thank you, everyone at Sam Ash for fantastic service and instruments exactly as described and promised, and great deals. I will be back.
