I've been going to Sam Ash for about a year now , I take lessons with Kevin A ( guitar) and always take my instruments to Brian the guitar tech who is awesom. All the sales staff as well as Jorge the manager are always helpful and encouraging !! Love it!!

My salesman Mike Tagliarini, was very helpful with me while I was selecting an Hartke acoustic amp. He didn't pressure me into buying it. He made sure I tested the amp with the same Taylor guitar I had purchased from his Sam Ash store in Springfield New Jersey, so I would definitely know I would be getting the sound I was looking for in an amp.
