While on holiday in the US, I was chasing a particular guitar. The guys in the Vegas store confirmed there was one in the warehouse and due to our travel commitments, the Hollywood store was the best option for collection. When I picked up the guitar, Andrew was super friendly and helpful and sorted me for a case as well. Highly recommend these guys
